This policy explains how techstudio ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through techstudio.lt itself — our marketing site, inquiry form, free demo tool, and client and admin dashboards. It does not cover the content or data practices of the individual websites we build for our clients.

What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide about your project. When you use our free demo tool, we collect the business details you enter to generate a preview, and your contact details if you choose to share them afterward. If you have a client or admin account, we store your login email and authentication data through our identity provider. If you subscribe to a plan or purchase a build, payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves. For websites we build and host for clients, we track anonymous visit counts using a rotating identifier that changes regularly and is never linked to an individual visitor or stored as a cookie.
Why we process it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide a quote, to generate your free demo, to create and manage your account, to build and host your website, and to process payment for the services you've purchased.
Who else sees it
We share data with the service providers that help us run techstudio: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (used to generate website content from the information you provide), and GitHub (stores the source code of the websites we build). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, it's done under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Account-linked data is kept for as long as your account or subscription is active, and deleted when you delete your account. Inquiry-form and demo-tool submissions that aren't linked to an account are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.
Your rights
If you have an account, you can download a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from your dashboard. You also have the right to access, correct, restrict, or object to how we use your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
